petty theft w/prior

I was just arrested for a 666. This will be a 3rd felony for the same charge. my last sentance was 16months in prison. I did my time and discharged my parol. what am i looking at?

When we see somebody like you, we say, Here's a guy who is doing life, on the installment plan. Put yourself in the position of the sentencing judge. 16 months didn't teach you....

Hopefully you are looking at sophisticated counsel who may find a way into a drug program for you? Just surmising.

If you got 16 months last time this time you are likely to get 24 to 26 months.
