Plea bargain

If a plea bargain has been entered but the criminal is not been sentenced, can it be pulled if the defendant has thought things through and realized that they did not tell thier attorney?

Once you have entered a guilty plea it is difficult for you to convince the court to allow you to withdraw the guilty plea. However, if the court decides not to sentence within the terms of the plea bargain then you may request that the quilty plea be withdrawn. Discuss your change of mind with your attorney. If you don't have an attorney get one quick.
