Re: thats no plea bargain

Thank you for your posted inquiry.

There may be other reasons why the alternate defender may want you to plea, but only you can say yes or not to a plea bargain. If you are not willing to plead to something, or you have the opinion that it is not in your best interests, you should, and I recommend you do -- fight the case further.

From what you've described, you do have potential defenses, but may not have what you need to present to the court or the prosecutor to handle this case.

I hope that this information helps, but if you have more questions, need more information, or feel that you need legal representation, please feel free to email me directly at [email protected]. Im happy to help in anyway that I can.
