Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I took a plea bargain for several misdemeanor charges. Was placed on probation as part of the plea bargain. 5 months later I withdrew my plea and subsequently had a jury trial. ended up with one misdemeanor conviction with 36 months of probation. I was not given any credit for the 5 months of probation I had already served(its documented in several minute orders as well as the initial sentencing. Is it worth persuing? (I am waiting for my probation to end to move out of state). I live in California

Is it summary probation? If it is summary probation, meaning it is not supervised, then I fail to see what your worry is.
