Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

plea bargain

what are my options?

I've been charged with a 487(a) after i found a credit card in the parking lot of my workplace.

I never used the card but , gave to somebody else who did and now they are getting a deal from the distric attorney if they testify against me.That i grant them permission to use the card.

Charges were dismissed against them and I am now going to superior court looking at a lot of time in jail.

Re: plea bargain

Your options are based upon what the district attorney is willing to offer in a plea bargain or to go to trial. You need an attorney to assist you in evaluating your case and in trying to work out a deal with the district attorney. Your past record (if any) would play an important role too.
