Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Plea Bargains
If I accept a plea bargain, and they give me time to turn myself in, but I don't show up to that turn-in date, will I still get the amount of time specified in the deal, since I've already been sentenced?

Re: Plea Bargains
In most cases that I've had over about 20 years, judges want to give more time, unless you have some good reason. Also, if you agreed to a "Cruz Waiver" you have a problem that needs to be addressed. Talk to a very qualified attorney immediately. David Wallin at www.wallinlaw.com
