Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
plea change
I took a deal and plead guilty to HS 11351. HS 11350 was dropped. Upon successfuly completeing 18 months formal felony probation I can withdrawl my guilty plea on 11351 and plead guilty to HS 11377. This took place Fri. 10/6. I was strongly urged by my attorney to take the deal and pressured to decide on the spot. Now I feel that I made the wrong decision. I plead guilty to HS 11351 and I am not guilty of the charge. Can arrange a change of plea or is it a done deal? This all took place at the prelim.
