Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
A plea deal including an agreement to 3 seperate out-on bail enhancements 12022.1 was given to all three charges picked up while out on bail. Its been approx. 8.5 years since the deal was taken. Is there any statute of limitations on appealing/arguing an illegal sentance? What steps would have to be taken to do so?
