If you have entered a plea of ''guilty'' and feel that you were railroaded into the plea, how can you pull back your plea.

Under certain circumstances the law does recognize the right to withdraw a plea, especially if done early in the proceedings.

You can make a motion to withdraw your plea. You need very good grounds, but it may be worth trying. The court will want to make sure that you don't have "pleaders remorse." I would discuss this with a new lawyer since it was probably your existing lawyer who "railroaded" you into the plea. If your plea is successfully withdrawn, then you will be back at the pre-trial stage again, entitled to a jury trial. If your case is in Los Angeles, feel free to call me for a free consultation.
