pleading guilty by a doctor in a heath care fraud
how long it will take for the judge to sentence that doctor after pleading guilty.

That depends on the reasons your attorney can use to waive time for sentencing. Sometimes several months may pass before a defendant is sentenced in federal court. Some of the factors an attorney can use are the time it will take to tend to family matters, work matters, etc. depending on whether the defendant has family ties and is employed. I am assuming that is the case with a healthcare professional like a doctor. Good luck
