Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I pled no contest in 2005 for Stalking California Penal Code 646.9(b), P.C. 664/207 Attempted Kidnapping and First Degree Burglary P.C.459. When I obtained my plea and sentencing (as well as preliminary hearing) transcript I found many inaccuracies and changes in it. What can I do to correct them? Thank you.

It would help to know exactly what you want to correct in the transcripts. Since the plea was taken five years ago, there's probably not much that can be done. Corrections to transcripts are usually done in the appeal stage... and the time for that has long since passed.

The transcripts are probably irrelevant, anyway -- especially the preliminary hearing transcript, because you entered a plea. You should be very careful from here on out because your attempted kidnapping and residential burglary convictions are "strikes" under the Three Strikes law, so any future felony conviction could send you to prison for life.

The time to appeal has run, so why you want to correct the oral transcripts is beyond me. You are being obsessive compulsive, which is how you probably got those charges in the first place.
