if i pled nola contendre in crimanal court can i sue the people who gave false information to police

You can sue anybody for anything, if you have the money to file a lawsuit.
Your answer should be whether you can win a lawsuit... and, due to your plea, the answer is probably not.
"Nolo contendere" is Latin for "no contest." For most legal purposes, a nolo plea is the same as a guilty plea, and the judge will find you guilty.
Since you were convicted in this case, you don't have a very strong argument that the other people were lying.
