Re: police arrest report
Contact a criminal defense attorney to assist you. Until the police investigation is complete and the report is finalized, you will not be able to get a copy of it from the law enforcement agency. However, once the matter has been closed, you can request a copy of the report and it will more than likely be release to you.

Usually the police report is given to the defense attorney or public defender at your first court appearance. Try the public defender's office.
