CAN POLICE TAKE BLOOD EVEN IF YOUR NOT ON PROBATION? I have never had any criminal problems in the past. can police hold you against your will and take blood from you.?

if you're stopped for DUI, sure. Your questions does not give any facts or us a reason why they wanted to do so. Post again with why they wanted your blood in the first place?
