Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Do the police have a right to forcefully enter the residence of a parolee on first arrival then to return 3 more times that day to retrieve personal items and not leave receipt of items taken all while no one is home?

Parole search terms are much more different than the search and seizure rights of an ordinary citizen who has not been convicted of a crime. Think of it in the same terms as the right to search a prison cell for contraband.
