Yes, if the circumstantial evidence is of sufficient quality and quantity to convince the judge there is probable cause to believe the search will uncover evidence of a crime.

For example, look at the high profile case of Scott Petersen, who was convicted of killing his wife Lacey and is now on death row. Nobody actually saw him kill her or dispose of her body, but investigators were able to get warrants to search his home and car long before her body was found.
