Police Record

A complaint was filed with local police claiming harassment by myself. No charges were ever brought. Can I get a copy of this complaint ?

You may not want to rattle the cage of the police department and remind that there is a potential case pending. It is often best to leave sleeping dogs lie.

Probably not, but if there were a lawsuit or future criminal court case it could be subpoenaed.
