Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
police report
I am been represented by a public defender. At my bail review hearing I asked my lawyer for a copy of the police report. He told me to give him a call in a couple of days and he would get it to me. He said there are some address and other things he needs to take out first. It just doesn't sound right to me. I just wanted to know if that is normal.
