Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
police responible for damages?
I have a rental and my son was staying in it. The shriffs along with a highway partol broke down my front door arrested my son and left the house unlockable and the rip offs in the neighborhood went thur all my sons things and took what they wanted and somebody even stole all the carpet down to the pads. Arent those officers responible and should pay for all this?
