Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
a police task force came to my home to serve my daugther a arrest warrant. my daugther rented a room from me, my brother rented a room from me. we all three arrested, taken to jail. i bailed out in about an hour, my daugther and brother stayed a few day longer. same day our pictures, names, and put on local news as a id theift, having a lot guns ( 2 - old old shotguns- broken) a few more other things. none of it true, my case thrown out of court. question: does it look like i hve a case.
