Police won't Help me

this women that i've been having problems with won't leave me alone, she is constantly threatening me and doing things to me. Everytime i call the police they say they can't do anything about it. Her brother is a police officer in my area. he recently threaten me saying ''You're messing with the wrong family'' and I have a witness and I called the police and they ignored me.Now her boyfriend keeps passing by my house threatening to kill my husband and shoot my house and the police once again say they can't do anything about it. Is there anything or a place i can call I fear for my safety.

You need to document each incident and get a restraining order against this woman. It will be harder for the police to ignore a violation of that order. Even if they continue to ignore your reports, you will be able to have the court hold her in contempt and possibly jail her without the involvement of the police department.

It is possible that getting such an order will exacerbate the problems this woman is causing, and I can't help you decide whether this is likely to happen. You may have other options, though. For example, if she has threatened you by mail or by phone you may be able to bring the FBI into the case.
