There was no probate and the property went into foreclosure and at auction did not sell bank took back title, and is legal owner. I have never been given any notice or served any lock-out eviction from bank. The local branch signed customer order form to acknowledge that I am responsible for water bill and acknowledge that I residing in the home. THe heirs of the gentlman I cared for did not inhierit any thing from the estate. there are calling my po harrassing her that I have no right to be there that they own the house and it is in probate.
