posession of controlled substance with intent to sell in a stolen truck
can you show me laws and rulings in my state and town to help me be found inocent of the charges of driving a truck that I did'nt know was stolen and also having under a half oz. of crystal meth. in two separate container's(7.5gr. in one 4.0gm. in the other) also in the truck but not on my person, after admitting that the meth. was mine,I also did'nt know the truck was stollen. I was trying it out with the entent to purchase with a low down payment and low monthly payments. I had given $300. with no cash receipts.
