Posession

I got a ticket for posession of marjiuana. It was my brothers, he has a club card thing to have it. I do not smoke or do drugs. Yes it was in my car and it was in my posession. I've never done anything like this and i do not want this on my record. What can i do to keep this off my record?

If you decide to go to trial do not present any perjured testimony. A charge of suborning perjury is much more serious than the possession charge. That is you should only have your brother testify that you are his caretaker if it is true.

First of all, no worries. You could not possibly get more than a fine of $250 or so and the case would drop off your record within 2 years. You have nothing therefore to lose by pleading not guilty and demanding a jury trial. You could have your bro testify you are his caretaker (allowed under the medical MJ law), and that ought to be the end of it.
