Poss of Marijuana

I was sitting in a park at around 6pm. Officer pulls up says she smelled weed. Long story short she found less than an ounce of weed and charged me with poss. I have a prior misdemeanor for petty theft from 2 years back. I was put on summary probation until july. What will my punishment and fine look like seeing how i was still on summary probation at the time. Also am I eligible for diversion and how do I go about getting it. Can I/Should I try to fight this with a lawyer? Im very nervous please help!! Court date:4-13-07
