Possesion in CA
I was being host this weekend driving poeple around to avoid drunk driving poeple where in and out of my car and trunk. I was searched by an officer because i had a somone in my car who had a warrant- they charged me for with a Misdeameanor Citation of Possesion of Periphenilia 11364 H & S ... what do i need to prepare for in court to prove it wasn't mine? What consequences could i possibly be facing? I am young and in college with a lot to loose.
