Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I have a possesion of a controlled substance charge in ORANGE COUNTY, CA but I live in San Diego, county. I am given the option of prop 36 classes. Does SD have prop 36 or do they have something else that will suffice as prop for my judge in oc???

Don't be so quick to plead. Check with the probation department, my best guess is there are local programs.

All counties have Prop. 36. Have your attorney discuss with the prosecutor the feasibility of you complying withe prop 36 programs.
