Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Possesion of Marijuana
I had just went out and bought 20$ worth of weed and was on my way home to smoke, when I got pulled over. Frantically I shoved it in the glove box. When the policewoman came to my window asking for my drivers license and proof of insurance, I noticed I had made a huge mistake. Barely opening the glove box I pulled out as many white papers as I could. The officer asked me to look again and thats when she saw the weed and walked over to my side and asked me to step out of the vehicle. She cuffed me, spread my legs, and put me in the back of her car. The ticket says, V.C. 4000(a) & V.C. 23222(b).

Yeah, and you probably go through the airport with your pot wrapped in tin foil. Great story, and you are hereby sentenced to watch "BUSTED: A Citizen's Guide To Surviving A Police Encounter."
