possesion for sales /felon with a fire arm

imy friend got pulled over and him and his girlfriend were put into cuffs as the police tore apart his car breaking pieces of his car as they sat there and watched one of the cops pulled a gun out he found behind the glove box his girlfriend said it was hers that he knew nothing about it which he didnt she said she knew he wasnt aloud to be around it but she didnt make to her storage on time to put it back after she used his car to go to the shooting range anyways since he was on probation they said now wherer going to your house talking to the guy om probation a cop jumped in his car and drove it as we followed in back of a unmarked car in cuffs they passed my house and when they asked where are you going they said to your house both people in cuffs said you just passed our house i dont live over here you can ask my probation officer which comes to his house twice a month they didnt care they went to a friend of mines that i really havnt talked to in 2 months and his son came out and they went in i kept telling them i didnt live there but they went into a room and found drugs and another gun which belonged to the girlfriend also and she also said that it was hers well they both were taken in we need help out on bail????????????

Obviously, you need an attorney. ALL of you need an attorney. This isn't an unusual situation. An attorney can file the appropriate motions.

However, there are unanswered questions, such as: Why was your friend pulled over in the first place?
