Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
i need a power of attorney to get my husband's personal property out of jail where he is locked up at.the trip is over 700 miles round trip for me & i was in a bad car accident & have to do therapy 3 times a week. how can i do this,maybe mail or fax or ??? i hope someone can advise me...thank you i am in az. & he is in ca.

He can authorize you to get the property through the jail. I suggest contacting the jail, first, before you drive as it may be evidence and they will not give it to you regardless of any fancy forms.
