prescription drug offense

i just sold two bottles of viagra to undercover detective. they found 10 bottles of viagra in my car and 7000 pills in my apartment. this is my first time getting arrested. what kind of penalties will i recieve? what are my options? thanks

Your options are, have the public defender plead you guilty, or hire a lawyer and fight it. If you go with option #1, make up a story to tell your fellow inmates, like you killed two people or something.

You should hire counsel to fight your charges. Regardless of what your sentence and punishment might be, you want to give it your best shot and effort to avoid a conviction altogether.

Difficult to say what kind of punishment you are facing without knowing where you or your case are.
