Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I was previously discharged from pc1000 due to absence, judge reinstated me due to my aids diagnosis letter provided and I have completed 11 of the 20 classes, but I was discharged again due to absence because of my illness. I was admitted to the hospital two times and had another trip to the emergency room within this time frame. I am awaiting lab results from my primary care physician (infectious disease) to see if I need a surgery. I am also being referred to a proctologist for other tests. My term of probation is until 8/2011 and I have only 9 more classes. Will the judge reinstate me again, based on these facts?

It sounds like a pretty good argument for reinstatement, but you aren't going to get an informed answer from a stranger on the Internet who knows little about your case.

The key to situations like yours is thorough documentation of everything. Your lawyer should have proof of your medical issues and be able to show it was truly impossible for you to fulfill your obligations.
