prior drug cases/sales

for example say if you catch a drug case,because you were unaware of illegal substances that were left behind from your husband .if he confess and admits the drugs r his .will they drop the case and if so what would happen 2 the husband

You need to retain an attorney to represent you in this matter. Even if your husband confesses and states that it is his drugs, that may not convince the da to dismiss the case as to you.
