Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
how much prision time ?
I am trying to find out how much time this person could get in prison. they are being charged with: HS 11378; PC 487(C); HS 11377(A) (two of these). They have pleaded no contest to all charges. For the HS 11378 and the PC 487(C) , they have violated parol. they have spent 3 years and 44 days in jail.

The answer would depend upon his prior record and other factors. The maximum would appear to be about 4 years. You should get a copy of his file and review the matter with an attorney. Alternatively you could contact his parole, probation officer, or counselor at the facility at which he is being held.
