Re: probation

Find out if you have a warrant and a probation violation. If a probation violation was filed and a warrant for your arrest made you likely will not be at the end of your probationary period. Your probationary period is suspended while in revoked status.

The best thing to do is find out if you have a warrant and if so get on the calendar to address the issue. There are things your attorney can try to do for you that will clean things up.

Feel free to contact me if you have any additional questions.

Re: probation

It is very likely there is a probation violation warrant out on you because of your non-reporting. I would contact the Probation Office to see what the story is. If there is a warrant you must deal with it by reporting in person to the Probation Office or the Court. If there is a warrant, I would strongly advise to retain a lawyer.

Re: probation

Best advise would be to talk to the attorney who handled it originally and have them find out if there is a warrant out for any possible probation violation...if your county court has internet postings of cases you can also look for yourself...do everything through counsel if there is a warrarnt
