Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Im on probation for live amunition. Its felony unsupervised probation. I have only been on probation 2 months and they have done 3 probation searches for drugs? What are my rights and is this harrassment. They have found nothing everytime>?

They can search you if that is a term of your probation. If not, they need a warrant. If you don't like getting searched, you should not have entered a plea bargain containing those sentence terms.
