probation

They want me pay for probation. If i refuse can they violate me and put me in jail.

Re: probation

A condition of your probation is that you pay the costs of being on probation. Failing to pay the cost of probation would be a violation. The court will no doubt give you the option of going to jail, or state prison, as the case may be.
