Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Probation
What is a reasonable amount of time for you to be brought in front of a Judge for a probation violaton? I mean let's say in August 2003, you were charged with a vop, and here it is march and the Judge has not heard the case and in the meantime probation has filed 6 more charges against me,which haven't been heard by the courtyet, either.
