Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

My probation

I recently had a baby on 7/8/08. I

had to leave Georgia in my ninth

month due to being left destitute (

the father left and never came back).

I was alone and pregnant with a 10

yr old daughter. I had to leave to live

with my parents in california ( thats

where i'm from) I am currently on

probation under the first offenders

act ( non- violent felony) in Georgia. I

want to transfer my case so I can live

up to my probation but my Probation

officer is serving as no help. I still

have a job and am in a better

situation to where I can live up to my

probation with support I have here

with my parents and new born baby.

What can I do? Is there a way I can

get my case transfered?

Re: My probation

You need to contact an attorney in Georgia and discuss your options. If you wait a warrant for your arrest will be issued and you could be arrested.
