Probation Violation/2nd req. rec'd more info

my son charged with felony-vandalism (11/2003) did 6mths county jail. Picked up 9/2006 for drunk in public, probation officer sumbitted a ''probation violation arrest'', how much time will have to be served? the on-line info states a $2,500 bail amount and states the case number as 9999999999, also showing he was released on 9/5/2006. Thanks ahead for you response.

Again some variables as courts are given wide discretion regarding probation violations. The D>I>P> charge itself, while not a "serious" crime, can be the basis for a probation violation and, felony probation violations always carry the possibility of prison...all these are necessary topics for the client to dicuss with their counsel.
