Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
probation violation
I'm on prop 36 (2 weeks) but I accidently missed a court date, showing up on thursday instead of wednesday. Will have to go to jail at all or what can I expect? (understanding it depends on the Judge)

The answer will depend upon several factors: who is the judge; why you missed the court date; is this the first court date you have missed; your prior criminal history; local court policy.
