Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Probation VOP
Can I Withdraw a admited violation of probation? Like a motion to withdrawl plea?
My reason is the judge told me I was looking at 4 years max, and today is the last day foe the deal... I later learned one of my VOPs (of my 3 cases of probation) was revoked 2days after the probation ended...
So I was missled by the judge, I was realy only looking at 3 yeras not 4. Can I withdraw? I have filed a appeal already.

Re: Probation VOP
Yes, it is a motion to withdraw your plea. The basis is that you misapprehended the consequences of your plea and/or the charges and possible defenses thereto.
