I am currently on probation

I am currently on probation for a year. I was stopped and given a ticket for driving without a licence. What will happen and will I do jail time. Reason for probation was failing to pay past due tickets and driving without a licence.

You will not necessarily go to jail especially if your probation is not related to anything having to do with driving. A lot will depend upon the individual facts of your case and the attorney who will be handling your matter.
