Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I have problem, with my future inlaws, First they came and kidnap my grandson, and said we couldnt have him back, because they are from Texas and they can raise him better, so my daughter went there to get him, which mad them mad... They aare doing everything to ruin my family.... When my ex son in law came to our house and took him, it was under the lie, of wanting to visit his wife and child and being money...... So the trouble began,, he was used to mother covering everthing he did,, he stole money out of their account all the time , so my daughter didnt hestittate to believe him... His mother had given them a check to pay a doctor or something , and the company didnt take it, so she still had with her for some reason, because sher left Texas, when her ex pulled a gun out and threatened to him or her ... When he came he said sure just make it out to cash or your name and ill clear with my Mom, lie number one,, When my bank told me it was sent in for forgery, I couldnt belive.. But my bank knew not to take three party checks , so they returned three weeks later.. In the meantime she tried to get her son back , and they tried to arrest for the check in Texas,, they check was already taken back My daughter and have to go to court because they filed a warrant for this... And my bank knows they debited my account, the Detective was given the same paperwork, so I belive she wont drop it... Now this morning my daugher was told she had to pay it back again
