How should a proceed with a ticket for "Public Nudity"?

I am 36 years old foreigner (tourist) on a business trip to US.

Last week Sunday at 1am , I received a ticket for Public Nudity on a beach in Orange County.

The ticket states that I should appear in court on 09/27/00. My problem is that I need to go back to my country on 08/25/00.

Can I just pay a fine instead? Or at least change this to an early date?
