Prop 36 dismissal of offense
my son completed prop 36, showed proof to the court, but his offense was never dismissed. what went wrong?

Looks like the court simply forgot to officially dismiss it on the record. You can contact the court to have it done or hire a lawyer to ensure that it is done.
