I am assuming for this answer that you have a Prop 36 eligible case and you are failing that program and will be sentenced for the offense. The sentence depends on the offense you were initially charged with. You had to have plead to the offense and at that court appearance the judge would likely have told you what your sentence would be, or the range of sentence would be. You can go to the clerk's office at the courthouse and look at your file and find out exactly what sentence you agreed to when you plead to the offense.
