Prop 215 i have prescription or a referral for mmj that gives me the right to grow 6 flowering and 6 non flowering plants i have video on all my plants and there is 1 guy that has been taking my plants how do i stop that with out involving the police lace plant with razor wire

As crazy as it may sound, if you know somebody's entering your property and you basically booby-trap it, you could open yourself up to a civil lawsuit.
Although marijuana isn't legal under Federal law, your recommendation makes it legal to possess and cultivate under state law. Why not call the police?
In my opinion, since marijuana is legal in California, I would contact the police. However, make sure you are prepared to deal with police. In my experience, they still don't have much sympathy for growers of MMJ. Just my opinion.
Also, whatever you do, do not take the law into your own hands. Do not do that.
