Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

On prop 36 probation for felony possession and I just received my 3rd violation. Before this I had never been arrested for anythin. What happens now? Will I go to prison

What happens in your case is dependent on things such as what your attorney can negotiate. MAYBE SHE CAN PROVE YOU DID NOT VIOLATE!!!

The outcome is not set in stone, and you screwed. DO SOMETHING. Hire an attorney to help. Offer to mow his lawn for ten years if you have to, but do something, instead of viewing the situation as inevitable disaster. YOUR TEAM HAS THE BALL.
