Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I�m a proper and motioned PC 1385 to dismiss my charges. There is necessity after the dismissal motion was filed to lodge additional documents before the motion hearing. What is the least number of court days before the hearing to file lodgement and serve the DA?

Penal Code section 1385 motions are brought by the prosecutor, not the defendant. The court is also not going to allow you to ambush the prosecutor with documents that weren't part of the record.
